The Open Institute & TechSoup Globalpartnered to organise the Buntwani 2014 conference that was held in Nairobi on October 7th – 8th. The aim of Buntwani 2014 was to bring together leaders in government (both national and county), civil society, the private sector and other stakeholders in the Devolution space in Kenya. The landmark conference fostered dialogue and knowledge-sharing relating to the potential role and contribution of information communication technology (ICT) in strengthening citizen engagement and participation in Kenya.
